Firmware update for Safescan 6185 money counting scale.

Changelog:
Bugfixes and improvements to counting algorythm.
Bank value is now retained in memory.

Tokens and vouchers are now limited to 25 pcs per stack.
CAD $1 coins are now limited to 10 pcs per stack.
CAD $2 coins are now limited to 20 pcs per stack.

Changes to user menu: Set Device > Default: coin rolls are not erased when device is reset.
New option in menu: Set Device > Default All Cal, which will wipe all user calibrated packages.
EUR and USD coin rolls are now included in currency update C19-03-14.
